Clinical Health
The Clinical Health Committee is committed to improving community well-being through holistic healthcare solutions and educational campaigns that address common health challenges in the village. Our initiative focuses on establishing medical camps to treat optical conditions among elderly residents and setting up clinics that screen for underlying health concerns while providing specialized care. By expanding access to healthcare services, we aim to enhance the overall health and quality of life of all village residents.
Career Development
The Career Development Committee is dedicated to empowering high school students through skills development, education, and personal growth opportunities. Our initiative provides access to English language modules and literature to strengthen communication skills and enhance workforce readiness. In addition, we aim to supply newly sourced sports equipment, creating opportunities for students to explore their interests, develop valuable talents, and pursue diverse academic, professional, and recreational pathways for future success.
Agriculture
The Agricultural Development Committee is focused on supporting local farmers through idea sharing and access to practical resources. In the first year, we will survey farmers to understand crop cycles and challenges, then pilot one small intervention such as composting, seed trials, or irrigation improvements. In preliminary surveying, we have found issues with fungal infections on crops and will be searching for sustainable remedies to this issue. Looking ahead, we plan to introduce new techniques each year, build a trusted group of farmers to test and share practices, and connect the community to government subsidy schemes for financial support.
Water Quality & Sanitation
The Water Quality & Sanitation Committee is dedicated to improving access to clean drinking water and promoting sustainable hygiene practices within the village. Our initiative aims to provide residents with reliable access to filtered water while equipping high school students with educational modules on essential hygiene and sanitation practices. Additionally, we seek to implement homemade rainwater harvesting systems, encouraging water conservation and storage from naturally available sources of water.
Finance
The Finance Committee plays a vital role in supporting all project initiatives by working closely with each committee to meet funding needs throughout the year. Our efforts include coordinating fundraising campaigns both on and off campus and securing corporate sponsorships to sustain our programs through our sponsorship packets. In addition, we aim to deliver engaging financial literacy workshops for village students, covering investment awareness, financial planning, resource management, and essential personal finance skills.
Computer Literacy
The Computer Literacy Committee is dedicated to empowering high school students with essential digital skills, technological access, and opportunities for academic growth. Our initiative provides instruction in fundamental computer utilities through programming and Microsoft application modules, while also introducing students to physics laboratory principles and experimentation. To support hands-on learning and digital engagement, we aim to equip the school’s computer facilities with laptops, fostering practical skill development and greater technological exposure.
WOMEN'S HEALTH & EMPOWERMENT
The Women’s Health & Empowerment Committee is dedicated to advancing women’s health education and fostering confidence, independence, and leadership among girls in the village. Our initiative provides resources on menstrual and reproductive health, access to menstrual hygiene supplies and iron supplements, and safe spaces for open and destigmatized discussion on reproductive health. Through workshops, mentorship, and skill-building programs for high school girls, we aim to promote informed decision-making, personal growth, and long-term empowerment.
