The organization played a central role in removing the school’s failed filtration unit, coordinating installation of the new RO system, and supporting plans for a teacher-led maintenance council and long-term upkeep fund. PNF also gathers direct input from farmers, women’s self-help groups, school staff, and community leaders, helping Project RISHI verify local priorities and monitor projects between village visits.
